HOLT BARN is located just outside the village of Kirkby Malzeard and has recently been converted to a high standard.  An ideal getaway for couples.

Holt Barn is set on a working farm and access is from a private road.  Private parking is provided for one car and pets are most welcome.
Entry is via a small ramp through bifold doors into the spacious kitchen and living area.  Original beams and trusses are exposed throughout.  A small hallway leads to the bathroom with walk in shower and large double bedroom with modern fittings.

The spacious kitchen & living area is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible.  There are tiled floors throughout with underfloor heating to keep your feet warm.
